House Sitting - No Pets
Initial Consultation:
I will visit you in your home, become familiar with your home, complete paperwork and coordinate getting keys etc.
FREE - Approx 30 minutes.
Visits to the home - no overnight: Includes all services discussed during consultation needed while you are away. Example: Mail, paper, trash, adjust lights, watering plants etc.
$15 per 30 minute visit
Overnight 5:30pm - 7am:
Includes all services discussed that are needed while you are away.
Example: Mail, paper trash, adjust lights, watering plants etc..
$40 per day
Additional $10 if necessary to make a midday visit to the home for any reason.
