Julie began her career as a Medical Assistant certified through American Medical Technologists 

After graduating on the Honor Roll from Cabrillo School of Nursing in San Diego in 1986 she worked as a Registered Medical Assistant for physicians specializing in Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynocology and Urology in addition to billing for a large therapist group.  Julie’s back office skills consisted of assisting with procedures, office surgeries and direct patient care.  In the front office, Julie began to find her passion in administrative, medical/psych billing and organizational work.

In the years that followed Julie moved her career to the corporate world working for both national and global companies.  While she worked as an administrative and executive assistant, Julie had the opportunity to transfer to several positions in newly created departments to build the administrative structure, implement processes and create online policies and procedure manuals.

25 years of experience working both individually and in a team environment has prepared Julie to bring these skills and talents to you at a reasonable rate and excellent turn around time.
